Had a crash at my shop in Phoenix last month that totally changed my setup

I was running a job on a Haas VF-2 and our coolant hose slipped right into the spindle path, snapped a $200 carbide end mill in half. The whole machine alarmed out and I spent 3 hours replacing the holder and cleaning up the mess. Has anyone else had to add hose clamps or extra guards after something like this?

Blame the machine not the hose, sounds like user error to me.

Maybe it's just me but does this really matter that much in the grand scheme of things, @mason361? Seems like a pretty minor thing to get worked up about.
