Finally spent $50 on a good pepper grinder and wow
I was using the same cheap pepper grinder from the grocery store for years. Last week I grabbed a Peugeot one for about 50 bucks at a kitchen supply store in Portland. The difference in grind consistency is crazy, makes seasoning way more even on the line. Anyone else put off upgrading simple tools like that?

Why does everyone sleep on the small upgrades? A real pepper grinder is a game changer in the kitchen. Now I just need to replace my old garlic press.
