Changed my mind about skipping a sewer scope inspection
Our realtor said it wasn't needed for our area, so we almost passed. I paid $300 for a local company to run a camera through the main line anyway. They found a cracked pipe under the driveway that would have cost over $5,000 to fix after closing. That inspection fee was the best money I spent in the whole process. Has anyone else had a home inspection find a major issue you couldn't see?
