Come on, it's probably just one loose guard. Not every little thing means the whole place is falling apart.

OSHA data from last year showed over 500 injuries from unguarded saws. Loose guards at the Kansas City plant are a red flag for bigger safety issues (trust me, I've seen it before). Management should do a full audit of all equipment, not just band saws. Employees need to feel safe reporting problems without fear of blame. That's how you build a culture where near misses like yours don't turn into real tragedies.
