Choosing between a hostel bed and a night bus in Prague
Honestly, I had to pick between a $25 hostel bed for one night or a $12 overnight bus to Berlin. I went with the bus to save cash and slept pretty rough, but it got me there. Tbh, the money I saved paid for a whole day of food and a museum ticket. Has anyone else tried this kind of move and found a way to actually rest on those rides?

I once took a night bus from Krakow to Budapest and learned the hard way. The trick is to pack a real pillow, not just a sweatshirt. I use a small inflatable camping one. Combine that with a sleep mask and those cheap foam earplugs you can buy at any pharmacy. It blocks out the worst of the bus noise and the person's phone light next to you. You still won't sleep great, but you'll feel way more human when you arrive.

Man, dylan23 is going full survivalist with the camping pillow. It's a BUS, not a month in the woods. A good hoodie stuffed under your head and some headphones usually does the trick for me. You're only saving like thirteen bucks, so it's not like you're funding a whole extra trip.
