Read someone saying peel-and-stick wallpaper is trash - I think they're missing the point

My sister put it up in her rental bathroom for $45 and it looks way better than the old 90s tile. Sure it won't last 10 years but for a cheap refresh who cares. Has anyone here used it in a high moisture spot without issues?

Put it in my own bathroom two years ago and it's still holding up fine, just made sure to seal the edges with clear caulk around the sink and tub.

My buddy did the same thing in his laundry room and he's been bragging about how good it still looks every time I'm over there.
