My change of heart on day-old rice for budget cooking
I used to cook fresh rice every meal, which took time and money. Learning to fry day-old rice changed my view, as it's perfect for quick, cheap meals. Do you have any tips for using leftover rice?

Yeah, leftover rice is so much better for fried rice. I sometimes mix it into soup too, it soaks up the broth really well.
