Had to pick between a 2-hour teach or just handing them the rulebook
My buddy wanted to learn Scythe and I chose the full teach (you know, explaining every mechanic) instead of just giving him the manual and winging it. Three hours later he was still asking about encounter cards and I wanted to flip the table. Has anyone else regretted giving the full rules walkthrough instead of just playing as you go?
