Got a copy of Pandemic Legacy from a garage sale for 5 bucks
I saw this beat up box at a garage sale in Toledo last Saturday for 5 dollars. The owner said they played through January and then gave up. I figured even if it was missing pieces, it was worth a shot for that price. Got it home and opened it up and it turns out they never even punched out the February upgrades. The stickers were still in the sheet and everything. So I basically got a sealed campaign for pocket change. Has anyone else had luck finding legacy games secondhand and getting more than you expected?

Man, that's a killer find right there. I grabbed a copy of Seafall at a thrift store once for like 3 bucks and the stickers were all untouched too... felt like I won the lottery.

Oh wow, that's a great score too. Seafall is a tough game to find in good shape. One thing I'd suggest is taking a close look at the stickers for any yellowing or peeling at the edges before you open them. Older sticker sheets can get brittle and crack when you try to peel them off. If they feel stiff or look discolored, you might want to scan them first just in case you need to make replacements later. I've had a few games where the stickers were basically useless after all those years in a damp basement. But if they look good, you're set for a real fun campaign.
