That cheap charcoal starter ruined my brisket cook
I grabbed a $12 chimney starter from a hardware store in Tulsa because my Weber one finally rusted through. After three attempts, it still wouldn't get the coals ashed over evenly, and my 15-pound brisket sat there at 180 for five hours before I gave up. Anyone else dealt with a dud starter costing them a whole cook?
