That $30 bulk TP gamble paid off way faster than I expected

I bought a 48 pack of two ply from a discount food outlet in St. Louis last month. Cost me $30 and change, and I figured I'd be stuck with sandpaper texture for a year. Turns out the brand was just overstock from a nicer store, soft as anything. Has anyone else scored big on mystery bulk paper goods or did I just get stupid lucky?
