Vent: Took me 3 full seasons to realize I was drowning my balcony herbs
I was watering my basil and mint every single day like clockwork, wondering why they kept turning yellow and dying. Last week my neighbor laughed and said 'those are drought-loving plants dude' and suddenly it all clicked.

Oh man this is too real... I did the exact same thing with my lavender last summer. Watered it like crazy because I thought all plants needed daily drinks in the heat. Turns out lavender basically wants to live in a desert. Mine looked so sad and droopy until I just stopped touching it completely. Now my mint is literally trying to take over the whole balcony box and I just let it do its thing.

Watch the mint, I ignored mine for a week and it literally started growing through the fence.
