Rant: My $12 digital scale from the kitchen store beat my old measuring cups for cookie dough every single time.

I made the same chocolate chip recipe three times, and the batch with the scale was the only one that didn't spread into a flat, greasy mess on the sheet.

Bro I saw like 12 cups in the break room yesterday. It's not like they're taking over the building. People just need a place to put their coffee.

Measuring cups are for volume, not weight. Flour gets packed down differently every time you scoop it. A cheap scale fixes that problem for good.
