Just saw a review that said "graphics don't matter" and I kinda want to scream

I was on a retro gaming forum last night and this guy claimed pixel art on a 240p CRT is the SAME as 4K on an OLED because the game is the same. Dude, I played Chrono Trigger on a worn out Sony Trinitron from 1995 and then on a modern monitor. The colors on the old set were so muddy I could barely tell Frog from a rock. Some of us actually WANT to see the difference. Am I taking crazy pills or does screen quality actually affect how you enjoy a game?

Are you sure that guy wasn't trying to sell you a broken TV on Craigslist?

Ha, yeah I actually read something about this the other day. Some guy was trying to sell a TV that had a big crack in the corner and was using a cardboard box to hide it in the photos. People get real creative with their scams on Craigslist, it's wild. But seriously, if the price is too good to be true, it's probably a trap. I'd rather just pay a little extra and get a working TV from a real store.
