That $700 wireless mesh system was a total waste for my sites
Spent 3 months and $700 on a wireless mesh for two condo jobs in Phoenix. Latency was fine until walls or appliances got in the way. The signal dropped during a keypad test and the customer watched the whole thing fail. Hardwired everything after that, 200 feet of cat6 for $80 total. Anyone else had mesh setups just die in a metal frame building?

Mesh in metal buildings is just asking for pain. Wired is always the answer.
