Guy in Phoenix told me he pays for monitoring on his own house, and I can't decide if he's smart or paranoid
He showed me the panel he installed himself in his garage, said he's caught two break-ins on his street in 18 months, but my old lead tech always said self monitored homes are how you end up watching your own stuff get carried out. You all selling the contract or telling folks to skip it?
