My AI co-writer is stuck on fantasy tropes

I'm writing a fantasy book and using AI for story ideas. But the AI only gives me tired elf and dragon plots, which is frustrating. Any tips to tweak the AI for fresher concepts?

Oh the "dwarf accountant drama" suggestion is a classic weird AI move. I had that happen too, @grace72. Mine kept giving me space pirate ideas when I wanted a simple coffee shop meet-cute. What finally worked was feeding it a bunch of examples of the exact quiet tone I wanted, like describing two people noticing the same book on a shelf. After a few tries of saying "more like this example, less like a laser battle," it started getting closer.
