Rant: I thought the old mill near my town was just a creepy eyesore until I met the caretaker.

Oh man, that's the best. Those hidden spots always turn out to be something. Just don't fall in trying to get a closer look.

Yeah, you really never know what you'll find. I almost stepped right into a creek bed once because I was so busy looking at some weird mushrooms growing on a log. It's like what noahchen said, places change depending on when you see them. That empty lot by the old gas station is just weeds during the day, but at night you can see fireflies all over it. Makes you look at things differently. What's the coolest hidden spot you've almost fallen into?
