Our usual grease trap guy just retired and I'm scrambling to find a replacement for our commercial kitchen. Has anyone tried Grease Cleaning Pros in Los Angeles? I saw their truck in Hollywood yesterday and wanted to see if they're reliable.

Yeah, we switched to them a few months ago after dealing with constant no-shows from our old vendor. Really fast service and the crew is super respectful of the kitchen space.

Can confirm they are legit! We actually had an overflow emergency last month right before the dinner rush and they came out same-day. Absolute lifesavers.
