My coworker vanished for a second during a meeting, and now I'm stuck in a moral bind.
Do I bring it up and risk sounding crazy, or just let it go and hope it was a trick of the light?

Tired eyes can play the wildest tricks... I once swore I saw a parking meter melt after a triple shift. Maybe your brain just needed a quick reboot like mine did. Check your sleep and let it go, man.

My old glasses prescription had me seeing floating orbs, so I get it.

Nah, that's just your eyes telling you something's off. Could be a real issue, not just bad glasses. Should get it checked out.
