A cluttered workbench slows down every project I start.

Keep your bench clear or waste time searching.

What's the biggest clutter culprit that always seems to end up back on yours?

Riverp37, you mentioned "clutter culprit" but I have to argue the other side. Piles of stuff often mean you're using things, not just hoarding them. My floor is covered in books because I'm reading them, not ignoring them. @riverp37, maybe your clutter is just evidence of a life being lived fully. What if we embraced the mess as part of getting things done?

My friend kept saying her floor books were "in use" until she tripped carrying hot coffee. Spilled it all over her laptop and two first editions. She spent the next week trying to dry the pages and crying over her computer. That mess wasn't living fully, it was just a hazard. Sometimes a pile is just stuff you need to put away.
