Rant: The 'cold mask' trick for post-extraction redness actually works

A client last Tuesday had a stubborn area that stayed red for over an hour after a deep extraction. I tried putting a chilled bottle of my SkinScript cucumber mask in the fridge for 15 minutes before applying it, and the redness was gone in under ten. Anyone have other quick fixes for calming reactive skin on the spot?

Well, there goes my plan to just fan the client with a magazine while apologizing profusely. A cold mask is a much better idea. I keep a couple of those gel eye masks in the mini fridge for this exact reason.
