Overheard a client on the phone calling a chemical peel a 'face reset button'

I was setting up my room for a series of peels and heard my next appointment outside, telling a friend she was getting her 'quarterly face reset'. It made me laugh, but also think about how clients see our services. In my experience, that kind of casual framing really sticks with people. Has anyone else picked up on a client phrase that perfectly, if oddly, describes a treatment?

Quarterly face resets sound like a software update for skin.

The idea of patch notes for my own face is honestly a little scary. I can just imagine wade558 getting a notification that version 2.3.1 fixed a bug with uneven eyebrow arching. My skin can barely handle a new moisturizer, let alone a full system reboot every three months. What if the update fails and you're just stuck with last season's face until tech support answers your ticket? That's a level of maintenance I am not prepared to sign up for.

@wade558, can we get patch notes for these skin updates?
