My old Magnitone steamer finally gave out during a facial last Thursday.
It was a hand-me-down from my first boss at the salon in Bellingham, must have been from 2005. I had to finish the extraction with a warm towel compress and a lot of manual work. Has anyone had luck getting parts for those old models, or is it just time to bite the bullet on a new one?

Finished the extraction with a warm towel compress" is a really nice way of saying you had to wrestle someone's pores with your bare hands. I mean, been there. That's a workout.
