A cold spritz caused a mini disaster during a facial
I used a chilled toner spray and the customer leaped up, tipping my stool into a shelf. It was hilarious, but I'm convinced cold steps improve circulation more than warm ones. How do you handle reactions to unusual techniques?

Totally lost it at the stool taking out a whole shelf, that's next level chaos! Cold stuff always gets the biggest jumps, but you're right it wakes the skin up. Do you warn people before the spritz now or just go for it?

Saw a client jump once and knock over half the product bottles.

Think about it, those jumps mean the client's really into the experience. In my view, a knocked-over bottle or two is a small price for genuine reaction. Your mileage may vary, but I'd rather see that than no response at all.
