Swapped my 3D printer nozzle at 1 a.m. after 40 failed benchies, turns out my slicer was scaling to 80% the whole time
My filament kept jamming at the same spot on every layer 15 print for two months until I noticed the model was 37mm instead of 45mm, so has anyone else wasted a whole spool on a hidden scaling setting before catching it?

Wait til you realize your calipers were reading in inches the whole time, that's a fun one. I mean, nobody ever thinks to check the units on the measuring tool, everyone blames the printer first.
