Hit the 50 cable tie milestone and had to stop myself
Was doing a full redo of my desk setup last weekend and realized I'd used exactly 50 of those little velcro cable ties on the power strip alone. That seemed insane until I counted the actual cables, 14 devices plus all the charging bricks. It got me thinking, at what point does cable management turn into overkill? I mean, my cables are tidy but now I can't unplug anything without a strategy session. Does anyone else set a limit on how many ties or zip straps they'll use, or is there no such thing as too clean? I'm genuinely curious if I'm alone in treating this like a hobby gone sideways.

Strategy session" is right, pretty soon you'll need a flow chart just to charge your phone. 50 ties on one power strip sounds less like cable management and more like a hostage situation.
