My mentor told me to skip coworking spaces and just use library WiFi, saved me $300 a month
When I first started traveling as a nomad, this older guy I met in Thailand said don't waste money on coworking memberships. He said libraries and cafes have free internet that's usually just as good. I didn't listen at first and spent $350 on a WeWork pass in Bangkok for two months. But then I tried the public library near my hostel and honestly the connection was faster. Now I've been doing that for six months and saving a ton. Has anyone else had better luck with free spots over paid coworking?

Skip the overpriced coworking spots and hit up a local university library instead. Quiet, great WiFi, and free if you act like you belong there.
