Co-working space in Medellin saved me $400 a month

I was bouncing between cafes for 3 months in Medellin and my productivity tanked. Finally dropped $150 on a monthly pass at Selina in El Poblado and it paid for itself in a week. The coffee alone was costing me $8 a day before. Has anyone else tried adjusting their workspace setup on the road?

The Selina in El Poblado is solid. Found myself in that same spot last year. A coworking membership cuts down on the cafe guilt of buying a $4 latte just to use wifi for a few hours. Plus having a desk and good internet makes video calls way less stressful. Just make sure your monthly pass includes the private phone booths if you take calls. That extra $50 was worth it for me.

Heard a friend lost two client calls there because the wifi crapped out...
