Picked agency retainer over project-based work for a client last month
Had a B2B SaaS client who wanted a flat $3k monthly retainer for social content versus a $150 per post project model. I went retainer because it gives me room to test new angles without nickel-and-diming. How do you guys decide between retainer and project pricing for smaller clients?

$3k retainer for social content is decent but $150 per post sounds like a steal for them. Did you run the math on how many posts you're actually doing?
