Tried writing my own blog posts versus using a cheap AI writer for $5. The AI one got flagged as spam by Google in 2 days.

Two days? That's crazy fast for Google to flag something. I figured those cheap AI articles would be bad, but getting hit that quick means it must have been really obvious, like copy-pasted from somewhere. No wonder they caught it. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Guess that five bucks didn't include the "don't look like spam" package.

Reminds me of a client who insisted on using some sketchy AI spinner. Told him it would get flagged, but he went for it anyway. Got a manual action from Google in like 48 hours, just like cameron724 said. The content was so bad it read like a robot having a stroke, mixing up "car tires" with "tire car" every other sentence. He paid twenty bucks to nuke his site's traffic for six months.
