Hot take: Our agency dropped all Facebook ads last month after a client's $5k campaign flopped.

Honestly, the targeting just feels broken now compared to three years ago when we were crushing it in Chicago. Anyone else seeing this or are we just doing it wrong?

Totally agree, it's not just you. We saw the same thing with a local service campaign last quarter. The leads we got were just awful, people completely outside our service area. Feels like throwing money into a black hole now.

Ugh, tell me about it. We ran one for our plumbing company and got calls from three states over. One guy asked if we could fix his sink, but he was literally a six hour drive away. The targeting just feels completely broken, like it's not even trying to match location. Such a waste of the budget.
