A cousin's one question made me delete 40,000 old screenshots
He asked why I kept a blurry pic of a takeout menu from 2019 during Thanksgiving. I had no answer, so I spent that weekend blasting through 3 years of clutter on my phone. Has anyone else realized they hoard stuff just because deleting feels like losing a memory?

Deleting stuff feels like erasing parts of yourself, but it's actually kind of freeing once you start.
