Stop routing power cables over the top of the PSU shroud, seriously
Wired three builds this month and every single one had the 24-pin and GPU cables draped over the shroud, which looks fine at first but traps hot air from the PSU right against the GPU backplate. I flipped all of them through the grommet holes underneath last week and dropped my GPU temp by 6 degrees on the same case, a Lian Li 216. Anyone else measure the difference before and after, or am I the only one running a temp probe?
