Yeah, after my own scare last year, I'm all in on 2FA. Someone got into my email because I didn't have it set up. It was a nightmare trying to recover my account and secure everything again. Now I use a physical security key for everything important. It's way better than just getting codes on my phone since it can't be phished. What brand did you end up choosing?

Wait, someone actually got into your email? That's wild. Craig.rose is right about security keys changing things, I need to look into that.
