My foils literally melted after a faulty toner mix and my client walked out in tears
During a full highlight in Nashville yesterday, the developer I grabbed from the back shelf was 20 volume instead of 10, my foils got hot enough to ruin half her hair, and I had to refund $180 plus send her to a color correction specialist, has anyone else survived a chemistry mix-up like this without losing the client forever?
