Just hit 100 repeat clients in my chair this year
I was going over my books last night and the number just jumped out at me. It's not about the money, it's that feeling when someone trusts you enough to come back, especially after a big change like a color correction or a big chop. Most of them started as referrals from one regular who got a balayage back in March. Has anyone else had a moment where a small goal just felt bigger than you thought it would?
