The afternoon Procore showed me what I was doing wrong

Last Tuesday I spent 3 hours re-entering submittal dates into a spreadsheet because no one set up the approvals right in Procore. Turns out the workflow templates were the issue, not the software. Has anyone else had a bad process make a good tool look broken?
