My Procore schedule crashed right before a city inspection in Austin

I was at the site for a new apartment build on East 6th Street, trying to pull up the daily task list for the inspector. The app just froze and showed a blank screen, which had never happened before. I had to quickly write out the whole day's plan by hand on a notepad from my truck to show him. What's your go-to backup when the main software goes down on site?

Always keep a paper backup in the truck. Tech fails when you need it most, so a printed schedule is cheap insurance. Never get caught with a blank screen again.

Been there with Procore. Had a total crash during a concrete pour. My backup is always printed sheets in the truck, old school but reliable.
