Had a blueprint sync disaster right before a big client walkthrough

I was on a site in Denver, about to show a client the new layout, when I opened the project on my tablet and saw the floor plan was from two weeks ago. The field crew had updated the drawings that morning, but our software didn't push the changes to my device. I had to quickly pull the latest PDF from the cloud portal on my phone and talk them through it from there, which was super clunky. Has anyone else had a sync fail like that with mobile plan viewing?

Always download a local backup copy first.

Local backups can get corrupted too... it's not a magic fix.
