Automated RFI routing turned into a paper chase mess in Phoenix
I set up auto-assignment for RFIs based on trade and it started bouncing everything to the wrong supers... two weeks of confused submittals before I caught it. Learned that some software workflows need a human gate no matter how smart they seem. Anybody else had automations backfire on a big site?

two weeks of confused submittals" sounds EXACTLY like my smart thermostat last winter. It learned my schedule and then decided to heat the house at 3am for a week before I noticed. Machine logic is only as good as the person double checking it.
