My NAS backup failed at 3 AM and the culprit was a single bad RAM stick in my old Dell

Was in my office in Austin last Tuesday, woke up to blinking lights and a dead array, turns out one faulty module corrupted my whole cache. Swapped the stick for $28 and now I run memtest every quarter, anyone else trust their drives more than their memory?
