Was doubtful about crossplay parties, now I'm a believer after 2 weeks

I used to think crossplay lobbies would just be a laggy mess with everyone blaming their console, but my squad in Toronto and my cousin on Switch in Austin ran a ranked session last Friday and it was smooth the whole night. We actually coordinated better than we do on our own platforms, which blew my mind. Anyone else find that crossplay actually improved their game chemistry instead of ruining it?

Lag free is a myth. My friend on PS5 and my brother on PC ran duos last week. Zero hit reg issues, only one DC. Better than my all-Xbox squad honestly. Crossplay fixed the chat too, we actually talk now instead of typing. Still not touching Switch players for ranked though. That cousin setup sounds cursed.
