Last Saturday was peak chaos and I loved every minute of it

Had a day last weekend where everything somehow lined up. My buddy brought over his old Wii and we dug out my PS2 from the closet, then we spent the whole afternoon swapping between Mario Kart Double Dash and Tekken Tag. Even my neighbor popped in with his Xbox and we did a quick Halo coop run, no one argued about which system was better once. The best part was we found a copy of SSX Tricky at a yard sale for 3 bucks and it ran fine on both consoles after some tinkering. It felt like the old days when we just played whatever was around instead of picking sides. Has anyone else had a day where the console mix just worked out perfectly without any drama?

Isn't it crazy how mixing consoles brings out the old peace treaties we never signed? I once tripped over three different controllers and still called it a win.
