The booth map trick that beat 5 years of sales events
Everyone swears by walking the floor and working the crowd, but after 6 months of zero leads at the Dallas Expo Center I tried something different. I mapped out where the big exhibitors were and set up my demos 40 feet from their booths, targeting the overflow traffic. The smaller players draw people who are already warmed up, so I got 12 solid contacts in one day. Has anyone else tried positioning near a competitor's corner instead of fighting for the middle aisle?
