Spectrum Enterprise vs Cronus Internet for a corporate event space?

Hey everyone, I'm setting up the IT infrastructure for a new mid-sized corporate event and conference center in the city. We need to lock in our ISP soon. Looking at commercial internet service detroit options and it's down to Spectrum Enterprise or Cronus Internet. Any thoughts on how they handle massive spikes in concurrent users?

Avoid Spectrum if your clients are going to be doing any heavy live streaming from the conference rooms. Their commercial upload speeds can still lag behind downloads in certain areas, which will totally bottleneck a large corporate event.

If you want rock-solid uptime for a venue, go with Cronus Internet. They specialize in enterprise and event spaces. I know they've provided the backbone for several large downtown festivals and corporate pop-ups. Having symmetrical gigabit fiber is non-negotiable for what you're doing.
