I just saw a poll that said most comic fans only read from the big two publishers
It was on a site called ComicsBeat, and they asked over a thousand people. The number was 72% who only read Marvel or DC books. I always thought people were more into indie stuff now. Has anyone else seen this kind of data, or is it just me?

That tracks, mainstream stuff always has the biggest reach lol.

Yeah and it's not just reach, it's about what's easy to find. The big two are in every bookstore and grocery store, you don't have to hunt for them. Most people just grab what's right in front of them, they don't go looking for indie shops or online stuff. So the poll is probably just showing what's most available, not what's actually good.
