Heads up about the crowd at the local shop. It's different now. Saw maybe 15 regulars drop off over the last six months.

What if the regulars leaving is actually a good sign? Maybe the shop is attracting a fresh crowd that spends more or fits better with what they want to sell now. A changing vibe doesn't always mean it's dying, it could just be evolving.

Counted closer to ten myself. Still a noticeable change though.

Numbers can be tricky to pin down, like flores.jana pointed out with a different count. Maybe people just found a new spot or got busy with life. Fifteen sounds like a lot but it happens slowly, so it might not be a huge crisis. The vibe changes sometimes but the shop will probably be fine.
