Update: I used to grab the $6 can of pre-ground at Kroger, now I weigh 18 grams of beans every morning like a scientist
My wife caught me sniffing three different bags at the Roanoke farmers market and asked if I needed help. Has anyone else's kitchen turned into a lab with a scale and a timer on the counter?

Sniffing three bags at the farmers market is a lot, man. Weighing beans every morning like a scientist is fine and all, but does it actually taste that much better than the $6 can? Cause I've done the whole scale and timer thing and half the time I can't even tell the difference. Sounds like it started as a fun hobby and turned into a whole routine you can't skip now.
