Cold brew at a gas station in Ohio flipped my whole routine

I stopped at a Pilot off I-70 last month, dead tired, and grabbed their cold brew on a whim. It was $3.50 and honestly smoother than what I was making at home with my $60 French press. The guy behind the counter said they steep 18 hours and filter it twice, which sounded like overkill until I tasted it. Now I do a big batch every Sunday in a mason jar, 12 ounces of coarse grounds to 8 cups of water. I still like hot pour overs on slow mornings, but for weekday caffeine this shortcut is way better. Anyone else found a gas station or random spot that beats their own setup?
